Developer’s Network
The PacBio DevNet was created to support the ecosystem of academic informatics developers, life scientists, and independent software vendors interested in creating tools to work with our single molecule, real-time (SMRT) data. Network members can find data sets, source code for analysis algorithms, application programming interfaces (APIs), conversion tools to industry standard formats, and documentation.
SampleNet
SampleNet is a forum for researchers to exchange information and ideas about sample preparation for SMRT sequencing. Included are protocols from the community, PacBio (including both released and draft protocols), and partner companies for various steps in the sample prep workflow, from DNA extraction to template preparation and sequencing.
Customer Portal
Provides support to end-users of our PacBio RS systems, which includes:
- Training: access eLearning modules and Webinars
- Documentation: view or download user guides
- Downloads: access installers for SMRT Analysis and RS Remote
- Knowledge Base: search for Frequently Asked Questions, “How To” and Troubleshooting articles
- Discussion: interact with other end-users
- Cases: submit an issue to Technical Support and track status
- Ideas: post, discuss and vote on Ideas for the PacBio product roadmap
- My PacBio Team: view profiles and photos of PacBio employees assigned to end-user’s account
Partners Program
We are pleased to introduce the Pacific Biosciences Partner Program as a framework for building valuable relationships with our current and future commercial partners. The Partner Program is open to all companies who are developing and supplying products and solutions compatible with or relevant to our SMRT technology.
