The PacBio RS II family of consumables provides all the components you need for customizable Single Molecule, Real-time (SMRT) DNA sequencing.
Front-end DNA library preparation and polymerase binding kits offer simple benchtop protocols and are fully amenable to robotic liquid-handling systems for higher throughput needs. DNA sequencing kits and SMRT Cell processing and analysis are then completely automated by the PacBio RS II system.
